Hall Rental

 
Both CFH members and non-members may rent the hall for functions. Rental rates vary by membership status and day of the week as described below.

Note: All fees are due ten (10) days in advance of the event.
Friday and Saturday Fee Schedule
Member
      Rental fee: $150 per floor
      Security/cleaning deposit: $100
Non-member
      Rental fee: $250 per floor
      Security/cleaning deposit: $300

Note: Additional days for event preparation: $50 per day for both members and non-members.

Sunday through Thursday Fee Schedule
Member
      Rental fee: $25 per hour, per floor
      Security/cleaning deposit: $100
Non-member
      Rental fee: $40 per hour, per floor
      Security/cleaning deposit: $200
The security/cleaning deposit will be returned providing the facility has been cleaned and no damages result from the use of the facility.
Note: There is no trash service; all trash must be hauled away by the renting party.
